How We Got Here

Started from frustration with outdated finance training. Built something better through trial, error, and countless conversations with business owners who needed real answers.

The Beginning

Three finance professionals walked away from consulting jobs because we were tired of giving advice that looked good on paper but didn't work in reality. Started teaching small workshops in Newcastle, testing what actually helped business owners.

2021

Program Development

Took everything we learned from those early workshops and built a structured curriculum. Focused on business models, revenue streams, and cost structures. No fluff, just frameworks that people could implement the next day.

Regional Expansion

Word spread beyond Newcastle. We started working with businesses across New South Wales, then Queensland. Adapted our approach for different industries while keeping the core principles intact.
